What is the overall height/How do I measure for it?
You want to measure from the ceiling to the bottom most point of the fixture.
With two-tone fixtures, how can I tell what the “fixture is” and what the “accent is”?

Does this come with a bulb?
A few of our fixtures are shipped from Vermont with bulbs. If the fixture you ordered comes with a bulb, it will be listed in the Specifications section for that product.
When the fixture has dedicated LED lamping are the bulbs included?
Since dedicated LED diodes/boards are integrated into the fixture builds, no bulbs are needed.
Are your products UL rated?
Yes, the vast majority of Hubbardton Forge lamps and lighting fixtures are UL/CUL approved. This information is noted with these particular fixtures.
Non-UL approved fixtures may have alternate ratings and are listed as such.
Are your products suitable for commercial use?
Yes, many of our products are used in commercial settings such as hotels, restaurants, medical facilities and offices, among others.
Many of our wall sconces are ADA compliant, meeting the federal requirements under the American Disabilities Act for use in commercial locations.

What size fixture should I purchase?
As a rule of thumb, there are two aspects to consider when determining the size of a fixture for any room:
Diameter/Width:
Measure the length and width of the room in feet.
Example: 10 feet by 12 feet
Add the two lengths together.
Example: 10 + 12 = 22 feet
Swap that value in feet for inches (so 20 feet becomes 20 inches)
Example: 22 feet > 22 inches
This is the ideal diameter for a light fixture in this room.
Example: 22 inches wide

What is your lead time?
All products are made to order. Larger quantities and customized pieces will have longer lead times to produce.
Please check with your showroom directly, to confirm the lead time that is required to build your specific Hubbardton Forge fixture.
Do you have a “Rush Order” process?
Absolutely. An “Enhanced Lead Time” option is available and is dependent upon component availability and is only available to accounts in good standing.

When does my lead time start?
At the time the order is received and processed (this can take up to 24 hours). Custom order lead times begin when we receive the signed custom quote.

How can I get a copy of the Specifications and/or Installation Sheet(s) for my product?
Simply go to the product page of the fixture you’re interested in learning more about, and you can download that product’s Specification Sheet right at the top in the product “Options” area, you’ll see a “Downloads” link that you can to download a Specifications Sheet, Installation Sheet, or Images.

Where are your fixtures made?
Hubbardton Forge products are proudly designed and manufactured in the state of Vermont, U.S.A. using premium domestic and imported materials. We purchase components domestically whenever possible.
Can I get a finish/shade sample?
